Natural portraits – Appley Park – Isle of Wight Photographer
We were lost.
Claire had gone right. I’d turned left.
“Where are you?”, the searching text on my phone.
It was an inauspicious start.
I decided to take a leap of faith and start the session with lunch – a reminder that my sessions are about connections, engagement and rapport. Not capturing the perfect picture, whatever.
So we sat on a bench, together. Laughing.
What did I learn from Claire?
The power of just being yourself.
So often we invest time worrying about what others think – how they respond to our pictures, what photos they post of themselves.
Claire doesn’t try to emulate others.
She’s confident. And that’s what makes her beautiful.
Claire brings her own creativity, elegance and strength to the sessions.
I loved the positive energy generated by Claire – she brings happiness to her work, she educates me and helps me try new things.
I think everyone should step out of their comfort zone once in a while. In fact it’s vital.
Mandy is everything you want in a photographer! Shes warm, friendly, great fun and being a teacher by trade she had great planning and preshoot comms weee second to none! We had great fun and i am dying to see the images as we got some great stuff!
Couldnt be more highly recommended from me, Mandy just gets it!! Book her!
