How a photoshoot works in Ryde
Step 1 – Style Consultation
Booking a portrait session does seem overwhelming if you haven’t gone through it before.
You’re guaranteed guidance to get this organized, and I can tell you that it’s almost always easier than it sounds, and we’ll get through this.
Before your portrait session, we’ll get a sense of your style and I’ll talk you through the process of preparing for your portrait session. I have an Ebook that explains all the niggly details CLICK HERE TO READ YOUR SESSION GUIDE
I’ll go through it step by step and you can ask questions.
Whichever way you prefer …. meeting for coffee, phone call, or email!
“I loved meeting Amanda for the first time today, she is a very friendly and talented photograph
Step 2 – On the day
As soon as we meet I’ll aim to put you totally at ease. It’s not unusual to feel nervous about being photographed, but it’s my job to get the best out of you (& give you a fun-filled session while we’re at it).
I know people worry that posing is hard work, so I put every ounce of energy I have into making you look perfect in every way. We want to see your personality through your photos!
I’ve designed poses that make a person look their best. So if you relax and don’t think about it, you’ll look beautiful.
“I’ve never come across a photographer who managed to capture my personality as well as Amanda!!”
“Her clever ways to get me to smile naturally really work & I’m so happy with the finished images that I can’t stop looking at them.” St Helens, Isle of Wight
Step 3 – Ordering Session
Decisions, decisions! Two weeks after the portrait session a private slideshow with 30 beautiful images will be ready to share.
You will be contacted to schedule a convenient time to meet for coffee and I’ll be on hand to help you order your favourite digital images. Feel free to include a friend or two in the fun.*
“A great blend of decisive direction and exploratory openness, Mandy was great fun to work with and I’d do so again!” Puckpool Park, Ryde
* I share the gallery over coffee; on-line web albums are available for an additional fee.
Step 4 – Custom Artwork Delivery
Quality takes time, so please allow 3 weeks for your fine art digital images to be processed.
They’ll arrive via dropbox where you can share and print to your heart’s content.
“Thank you for your time and expertise, you gave so generously to us yesterday. I learnt so much from you.
You are a naturally gifted photographer and a pleasure to spend time with.” Seaview, Isle of Wight
My aim is simple – to ensure a truly wonderful experience. I custom each photo session, from the beginning of the shoot right until your items are delivered. My goal is to personally look after you every step of the way. That way I know you’ll get a service that is second to none.
