The minute I open the front door to greet Joanne we start giggling, striding to shake my hand, Joanne’s uplifting smile radiates health and happiness. Whilst the kettle boils, we natter about the rose-tinted outfits Joanne’s packed and I notice we’re already getting on famously.
As a makeup artist LINK its Joanne’s job to understand about colour palettes and complimentary shades, radiating with the spring-like beauty her stylish choices are the perfect blend of elegance and relaxed-casual.
Joanne got in contact after seeing Megan’s photographs (click to see her Aspire session here) as she wanted to update her business headshots (as well as a sneaking in few gorgeous photographs to share on FB). I knew immediately that we’d get on like a house on fire; Joanne’s exactly the warm, friendly person she appears to be in these photographs.
With a natural affinity to engage people and a friendly outlook towards everyone, her vivacious and contagious enthusiasm for life were a joy to photograph. I know Joanne is proud of these photographs and her well-known business has won her widespread respect. As well as running her own business, she’s is also celebrating completing the Walk the Wight and has a few exciting projects for the summer.
As we worked together to craft the perfect image in my Livingroom Studio in Ryde, I share my tips to feeling confident, how to have a positive approach when being professionally photographed and dealing with awkwardness when first-time jitters set in. Her positive outlook is quite extraordinary and I can’t wait to meet her sister later in the year for a well-deserved birthday ’50 and Fabulous Photoshoot’.
I’m happy to share the kind of tasty tips that other photographers keep as their trade secrets. Be sure to dip right in and share how I can help you today.
